Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the umatter (Важливі) service — the website umatter.com.ua and the application my.umatter.com.ua — processes, why, for how long, and what your rights are. Processing follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is sole proprietor full name / LLC "Name", tax ID / EDRPOU code, address. For any personal data questions, write to hello@umatter.com.ua.

2. What data we process

About you as a Customer: name, email, phone and, for companies, the company name and contact person.
About Recipients: name, Event date, delivery address, a phone number for the courier, and the card text if you added one.
Payment data is processed by the payment provider name. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Website technical data: anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

3. Why we process it

to remind you of Events and send notifications;
to choose, pay for and deliver bouquets;
to answer your requests;
to meet legal requirements, including accounting.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal grounds

We process data to conclude and perform the agreement (the public offer), on the basis of your consent, and to meet obligations set by law.

5. Recipients' and employees' data

By adding other people's data, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that these people have been informed. In Business mode, the Customer company is the controller of its employees' data; we process it on the company's behalf and only to carry out Deliveries.

6. Who we share data with

florists and couriers — only the Recipient's name, address and phone and the card text, as needed for the handover;
the payment provider — to process payments;
hosting and infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, subject to appropriate data protection. Such providers may process data outside Ukraine.

We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep data

Data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after it is deleted. Payment records are kept for the periods required by law.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to:

know what data about you is processed, by whom and for what purpose;
access your data;
have it corrected or deleted;
withdraw your consent;
object to processing;
complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

To exercise these rights, write to hello@umatter.com.ua. We will reply within 30 calendar days.

9. Security

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections, restricted access to data, and sharing it only with those who need it to carry out a Delivery.

10. Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The application may use technical cookies needed to sign in.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Each new version is published on this page with its date.
